Cancellation Policy

Basic Car Detailing Policy > Pre-Existing Damage Our team takes the utmost care during every detailing service. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, stains, faded paint, or worn interior materials. Before beginning, we may document any noticeable damage for transparency. > Service Requirements For all basic car detailing services, we require access to: 1. A working water connection 2. A reliable electrical outlet Please ensure these are available and accessible prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid delays or cancellation. > Customer Responsibility It is the customer’s responsibility to remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the car. > Weather Conditions For mobile services, appointments may be rescheduled due to severe weather that may affect service quality or safety. > Payment and Cancellations Payment is due upon completion of service. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
